Alternative Dispute Resolution

Under Law No. 144/2015 of September 8, consumers have the right to resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities to resolve disputes out of court. This mechanism allows for a faster, more effective, and less costly resolution of conflicts between consumers and suppliers of goods or services.
